Bikes

We provide bikes for your use during your stay with us. The property listing will tell you how many bikes are in each unit.

Important: There is a tire gauge and bike pump in the garage. Bike tires can lose air over just a few days, so please check and pump the tires to no more than 40 psi before you take them out. Underinflated tires will greatly increase the amount of effort you have to exert to get around.

Bikes will get stolen- Please use the locks provided when you take the bikes out for a joy ride. Bicycles can't be secured to trees or parked in landscaped areas.

Secure the bike through the frame- not the wheels!

LOCK CODES: Our system will send you the lock codes a couple of days before you check in.

Golf Cart Rules

The golf cart has a high-density 60AH lithium battery.

Maximum range is approximately 40 miles on a full charge, and may be more or less based on the number of passengers , terrain, and how hard you push it.

Rules/ Regulations

This is a Florida State registered Low Speed Vehicle. All driving rules apply. Seat belts must be worn, turn signals used, and traffic signs obeyed. The golf cart is a LICENSED VEHICLE, just like an automobile.
No one under the age of 25 is permitted to drive this Low-Speed Vehicle.
All operators must have a valid driver’s license and Insurance card to drive a golf cart in Florida. Under no conditions are you allowed to let another driver drive this vehicle who has not signed the release.
Cart is only permitted on County Roads with a maximum speed of 25 miles per hour. Please pull over if a car is behind you Do not take cart on nature trails, native grass areas, etc.
Maximum of 6 people on cart and all passengers must be seated. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN DRIVERS LAP.
Cart must be parked in the Garage when not in use. It will be fined/ towed if left on the side of the road, on the grass, or in another unit’s parking space.
Anyone observed abusing golf cart rules and regulations will forfeit all rental privileges immediately. This includes reckless driving, speeding, or allowing underage guests to operate the cart.
You agree to pay for any damage to the Cart & authorize us to charge your credit card for same.
You further agree to pay for any costs we incur to collect for damages.
It is strictly forbidden that a minor or any individual without a valid driver’s license operate this vehicle. At no time may a minor have a hand or hands on the steering wheel when the vehicle is moving. This requires you to have possession/control of vehicle keys when not in use.
