We offer early check-in based on availability. Just reach out to me no more than 48 hours in advance and I’ll check the schedule.
Door Lock:

To unlock- enter the user code you were provided with your welcome message in the App

To lock- after exiting and closing the door behind you, simply tap the lock icon on the lower right-hand corner of the keypad. it will also automatically lock after 1 minute. You can lock the door from the inside by turning the deadbolt as you would with any other lock.
Parking: Guests may park their vehicle on the driveway in front of your unit’s garage door (marked A, B or C below). Our internal garage space is only big enough to house the golf cart and beach gear.
Check-Out
To ensure our housekeepers have ample time to prepare the unit for the next guest, check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. We cannot offer late check-out.

Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them

Leave all towels on the floor in front of the laundry room

Please load the dishes in the dishwasher. No need to start it.

Empty all the trash and place it in the green trash bin in the Garage or at the curb.

Please do not leave anything in the house, including trash or unopened food or drinks

Just before you go, close all doors and windows and check that they are locked
If there have been any breakages or spills, or if anything didn't work properly, please let me know or leave a note on the kitchen table for the housekeeper. Accidents happen, and we don't charge for minor dings and the odd glass or plate, but if anything more substantial has happened please do contact me before you leave and we can agree on a charge.
Our housekeeper will arrive a few minutes after 10am. Thank you for understanding that she needs the house to be empty and she is on a tight schedule. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
