Parking
Guests may park their vehicle on the driveway in front of this unit’s garage door.
"A" Units: Ivybridge and Merry Way have parking for 2 vehicles.
"C" Units : Lochshire and Twickenham have parking for 1 vehicle.
Our garage space is only big enough to house the golf cart and beach gear. The garage door must remain closed unless the garage is being actively used to enter or exit the property.
Parking around 30A is in high demand, and Prominence is no exception. While staying in Prominence, all vehicles, including LSVs (golf carts), must be parked in designated areas—assigned driveways, garages, or legal parking spaces. Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis around Prominence Square (by the grassy area near The Big Chill) or in gravel spaces along Pleasant & Clipper Streets. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
Please remember, the paved lot near The Big Chill retail shops is for retail customers only. These spaces are privately owned by The Big Chill, and towing is enforced. Additionally, no commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, or boats are allowed to park within Prominence. If you need space for those, it’s recommended that you reserve a spot in advance of your visit at Southern Self Storage.
The spaces near the mailbox centers are not for parking—they are reserved for mail carriers and residents collecting their mail, so please keep them clear.
